Challenge
Pharma-grade surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm internal) on 34 vessels with staggered delivery tied to a live plant commissioning sequence — any late vessel stalled an entire train.
Approach
Dedicated SS bay with segregated tooling to eliminate cross-contamination, electropolishing partner qualified in advance, and a vessel-by-vessel countdown board shared weekly with the client's commissioning team.
Result
All 34 vessels accepted with zero TPI punch points on final inspection; last vessel delivered 11 days ahead of the commissioning need date.
