Challenge
84 m clear-span trusses, each 118 T after pre-dressing, lifted over a partially built terminal with tandem cranes on a deck with strict ground-bearing limits.
Approach
Trusses ground-assembled on jigs with camber verified by total station, pre-dressed with purlins and walkways, then set in engineered tandem lifts with load-share monitoring.
Result
Seven trusses erected to date; camber survey on every set truss within 8 mm of theoretical. Completion scheduled Q2 2026.
