Challenge
A fixed 42-day outage with liquidated damages: 790 MT of corroded internals out and 860 MT of new collecting systems in, all inside a live station's ESP casing.
Approach
Hour-by-hour shutdown schedule rehearsed on a 3D sequence model; pre-fabricated internals staged in erection order in a marshalling yard; three-shift working with dedicated rigging crews per gas pass.
Result
Unit returned to service on day 41 — one day early. Emission performance test passed on first attempt.
